Eating, sleep, behaviour and attachment issues are very common in infants and pre-school children. However, these difficulties can cause distress, not only for the child, but for parents, siblings and other family members. Sometimes parents feel they are stuck with these difficulties and cannot find a way out without support. Such difficulties normally respond extremely well to psychological treatment, which may involve the clinical psychologist recommending small behavioural changes to your routine or in the way you respond to your child.
